We want you to be satisfied with CalScorch. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing.
To request a refund, please contact Lemon Squeezy support through your Lemon Squeezy account dashboard or email Lemon Squeezy directly. Include your transaction ID and reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund. You must explicitly request a refund within the eligible period.
